My Role at the Treehouse
I started out in the production department of Connecticut Basement systems in May of 2007. Since then, I’ve learned a great deal about the company and the industry as I went, especially since I joined the Basement Systems Marketing Department a in January 2008. My position in the company always seems to be evolving- I currently spend most of my time developing web pages, managing web page accounts for our dealers, and writing content for all our web sites. I’m also the “go to” person when someone in the company needs something written or wants proofreading on their own writing.
During home show season, I spend most of my weekends helping out around Connecticut and New York, getting the word out about basement waterproofing and basement finishing. It’s a great way to get to know our customers and find out what questions and comments they might about what we do.

When I’m not at work, I’m working on my new websites: Waterbury CT Guide and Brigits’ Flame. I run an online writing community, and I enjoy traveling to South Kingstown, Rhode Island to visit my family when I have a free weekend. I also enjoy photography, aquarium fish breeding, reading, and letterboxing.
