My role at the Treehouse

I am in the international call center and really enjoy talking to all of my customers. I have an extensive background in customer service and believe that it is the front line of any business. I am a native to Connecticut and love the whole New England area. My background is in Customer Service Call Center Management I was a Team Leader for a National Bank for 7 years. I managed a team of between 10 to 20 representatives and preformed call monitors for quality control as well as managed the teams overall performance. I have been a part of Team Basement Systems since March of 2008 I started out as the Receptionist and moved over to the Lead Bank / International Call Center in September of 2008. I live here in Seymour with my two children and really love the town.
