I LOVE it!!! I'm a therapist with the only upstairs office in the building but it's dusty and attic-like. I want to make it look like a treehouse. You've given me some great ideas! Thank you!

Now that is pretty cool. Good work on making a very interesting and unique workspace. Was very nice to see my friend Martin be a part of that.

Basement Systems is a leader - not only in the basement industry but in business, and how to run a 21st century web-enabled business. The Treehouse is visible proof that BSI "gets" it: that staff engagement is inseparable from customer engagement is inseparable from overall success. Cheers! Allan

I'm in love (with it). The only thing missing are employees' dogs, as we see in similarly magical environments like Google!

I was there today and this was awesome. I could see this as a childs room w/a bed instead of the office upstairs with the work/computer station below. What a creative use of space. Fantastic!

The space usage is phenomenal. More people in the same amount of space and feels less crowded. The creativity flows out to the work done for us dealers. Great Work Place! Great Results!

one word - excellent! However my reason for sending this email is to inquire as to any web design or graphic design opportunities. Can you please let me know if there is a way to submit/attach a resume and cover letter for any consideration. Thank you in advance. Jill Hoben

Totally Cool! I read about you in e-newsletter 'HR Strange but True'. Makes me wish I lived in CT so that I could apply for a job there. You guys should branch out (no pun intended) into this as a new line of work, it looks awesome. Thanks for sharing this great idea! Kind Regards, Cindy

I was planning to write a personal thank you to Larry for inviting us to share his innovative, but more importantly, thoughtful ways of doing business. If the Associates at Basement Systems don't appreciate this, move over, I would like to have the opportunity to. I've just asked my Boss if we could paint one wall of our offices a contrasting color, something very classic, and was told we are not allowed to do anything but a basic cream color. Now that's an encouraging way to increase creativity and innovation isn't it? Our job here at our hotel is to make our guests feel like this is their "second home-second family" which is what we do, but shouldn't that be cultivated by the feelings we're permitted to enjoy? Your company will forever be successful and sought after as a company to work for as long as you have the great Leadership you have now...Congratulations and remember "You have to treat everyone as if they’re the most important person in the world – because they are. If not to you, than to someone; and if not today, than perhaps tomorrow." Thank you for inviting me to your "jewel in the rough" and sharing your pride with me...

Thanks for the opportunity to view your exciting addition. It is very impressive and is an expression of Basement Systems forward thinking and innovativeness that expands beyond their products and services. Congratulations and best wishes for continued success!

Unique, Unique, Unique, A person will want to come to work and become more productive, and will feel that their job is not "A Job" but a profession. Thus, a setting as this will keep the "fun" in work and the person will take more of an ownership in the company. What I was exposed to at the Treehouse was great and I believe this approach to a profession is inspiring to the individual.
